With over 19 years of experience spanning Technology, SaaS, Manufacturing, Digital Services, and ITES, Nitasha brings deep expertise in designing and scaling HR functions for product-led organizations. She has a strong track record in culture building, employer branding, compensation strategy, leadership development, and HR governance, with a focus on aligning people strategies to business outcomes.
Nitasha is known for driving transformation across the employee lifecycle, improving engagement, strengthening retention, and enhancing hiring efficiency while optimizing cost structures. She has consistently built HR systems and frameworks that enable organizations to scale effectively without compromising on culture or operational discipline.

Prior to joining Simplify Group™, Nitasha held senior HR leadership roles at Atidiv India, Rayden Interactive, Piaggio Vehicles, Avalara Technologies, Mphasis, and Infosys, where she led large-scale HR initiatives and organizational transformation efforts across diverse business environments.
