Murtuza Vaid serves as Senior Vice President of Marketing at Simplify Group™, leading marketing as a shared service across the group's portfolio companies, including Simplify Healthcare®, Simplify Alpha™, SimplifyX®, and Simplify Ventures™. In this role, he oversees brand, go-to-market, and demand generation, working closely with portfolio leadership to standardize marketing foundations across the group while tailoring strategy and go-to-market motion to the stage and ambition of each entity. His leadership is centered on building a unified marketing function that scales across Simplify Group™ while preserving the distinct identity of each brand within it.
With more than 15 years of experience across healthcare technology, pharma, education, and wellness and leisure, Murtuza brings a rare combination of marketing and product experience expertise. He is known for an AI-first approach that embeds automation, analytics, and intelligent tooling across the marketing function.
Murtuza is recognized for his ability to build and scale marketing organizations from the ground up. He has deep expertise in brand strategy, digital marketing, demand generation, events, public relations, and MarTech, and has consistently delivered the kind of cross-functional integration that turns marketing into a growth engine. His approach combines disciplined execution with creative storytelling, helping technology brands move from emerging players to recognized category leaders.
Prior to Simplify Group™, Murtuza served as Vice President of Digital Experience at Simplify Healthcare®, where he founded and scaled the company's AI-first marketing and customer experience organization. Earlier in his career, he held senior digital marketing and analytics leadership roles in Australia, working with leading universities, consumer brands, and consulting firms.
